About Me
Chrissy Yamada has more than 35 years of progressive healthcare/finance experience in hospital and physician practice management.
Prior to serving in interim chief financial officer (CFO) roles, Yamada’s experience includes serving as senior vice president, operations and CFO for U.S. Anesthesia Partners-WA, where she was responsible for leading the daily operations and business functions of the Washington practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and growth. She was also responsible for financial analytics, budgets and administering the compensation plan.
Prior to USAP, Yamada served as CFO at EvergreenHealth, responsible for all fiscal functions and policy, including budget, reimbursement, capital financing, payer contracting, materials management, health information management, patient financial services, patient access and revenue integrity. She also oversaw the construction and property management, risk management and human resources divisions.
Yamada has been recognized as one of the Puget Sound Business Journal's top CFOs for 2015 and a 2015 honoree of the NW Asian Weekly's "Women of Color Empowered - Women & Money: Making a Difference." She was also recognized at the National Diversity Council, Washington Women’s Conference as one of the top 20 businesswomen in 2016.
