About Me
Tom Evert retired from the Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA) as its chief financial officer in June of 2020. Prior to WSHA, Tom spent more than 30 years in public accounting, working with many of the larger healthcare providers in the Pacific Northwest. He was with Arthur Andersen from 1981–2002, and with KPMG from 2002–2013.
Tom has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, a master’s degree in healthcare financial management from the University of Wisconsin and was a certified public accountant. He has served on various not-for-profit boards including Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, the Seattle Aquarium, the Eastside Habitat for Humanity and Emerald Heights.
