Don Black

Don Black joined Overlake in Sept. 2024 as in-house General Counsel. Don has over 25 years of experience with Overlake and previously served as managing partner at Ogden Murphy Wallace, the firm handling most of Overlake's legal services since its founding. Don provides legal expertise, manages outside legal support in coordination with the Office of Compliance and Risk Management, and oversees Overlake's real estate services.

Don earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Whitman College before pursuing a law degree at Seattle University School of Law.
