John Rodgers

John Rodgers is the Director of Product Development for Amazon Flex, a service that enables individual drivers to deliver over a billion Amazon packages a year across eight countries. John has been with Amazon since 2010, holding a series of managerial roles across Amazon’s Retail and Operations businesses. 

Prior to Amazon, John worked at Accenture’s Strategy Consulting practice and served on the board for Compass ProBono. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he graduated with honors. 

John lives in Bellevue with his wife. All three of his sons graduated from Bellevue high schools. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, skiing, biking, and hiking.
