Overlake Medical Center & Clinics acquires Bellegrove OB/GYN

Bellevue, WA – Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has announced the acquisition of Bellegrove OB/GYN, effective today.

“For many years, Bellegrove OB/GYN has provided excellent and dedicated obstetrics and gynecologic care to patients, with specialized services in high-risk obstetrics, infertility, family planning and cancer of the female genital tract,” said Kelan Koenig, MD, Chief Physician Executive at Overlake Clinics. “With Overlake’s acquisition of Bellegrove OB/GYN, the joint goals of both organizations will be realized in providing high-quality, cutting-edge and comprehensive care to the Eastside community.”

This acquisition will expand Overlake’s scope of women’s care and perinatal services, while adding nine new providers to Overlake’s medical staff:
