Overlake Medical Center & Clinics acquires Washington Urology Associates
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics today announced the acquisition of Washington Urology Associates. This acquisition will expand Overlake’s scope of care for urology and urogynecology patients.
For many years, Washington Urology Associates has provided excellent and dedicated subspecialty urologic care to the East Puget Sound community. With Overlake’s acquisition of Washington Urology Associates, the joint goals of both organizations will be realized in providing high-quality, cutting-edge and comprehensive care to the Eastside community.

The clinics will now be known as Overlake Clinics – Urology and will be providing care at three locations in Bellevue, Issaquah and Kirkland, and will include eight providers:
