Many patients choose Overlake because we offer the latest in care in a smaller, easier-to-navigate health system. From your initial visit through follow-up care, our team is here to support you, help you feel comfortable and answer any questions. Conveniently located on the Eastside, many patients in Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah and surrounding areas appreciate having access to leading-edge care without needing to travel to Downtown Seattle.
Leading-Edge Orthopedic Surgery
Our surgeons perform more than 2,500 planned orthopedic surgeries per year. One of our greatest strengths is our extensive total joint replacement program, which has ranked in America’s 100 best, according to Healthgrades. We are also recipients of Healthgrades Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery Excellence Award™.
We use the latest approaches to perform surgery, and make it as easy on you as possible. This includes robotic-assisted surgery, where surgeons use a robotic arm to perform surgery. This allows them to make smaller cuts, view the surgical site from every angle, and perform as precise procedures as possible.
Our comprehensive planning and preparation, paired with our surgical expertise, means that about 70% of people who have planned orthopedic procedures can go home the same day.
A Level III Trauma Center
We perform all types of orthopedic trauma surgery—prompt surgery to repair bones, tendons or muscles as a result of an injury or accident—at our Level III Trauma Center. Our dedicated orthopedic traumatologists (doctors who repair difficult or complex bone fractures) have deep expertise in treating all types of orthopedic trauma injuries and will do everything they can to get you on the road to recovery.
A Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program
Our rehabilitation team is made up of physical therapists, occupational therapists and other experts, all working to help you overcome pain and injuries. Their mission? To help you live your best life and get back to the activities you love.
We also participate in the American Orthopaedic Association’s bone health program called Own the Bone®. This program helps older people prevent falls and fractures and keep their bones as strong as possible by testing bone density and providing nutritional counseling. Overlake has repeatedly ranked as a ‘Star Performer’ for our Own the Bone® program. Already a patient? You can easily sign up to access your records and test results, schedule appointments and ask non-urgent medical questions through MyChart.
