In the News: Hospitals overwhelmed as COVID rages on

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, Todd Freudenberger, MD, speaks with Q13's Hana Kim about the challenges hospitals in Washington state are facing, as well as the emotional toll caretakers are experiencing as a result.

From the story: "It’s quite horrible, we lose them and we don’t have much time to grieve or to decompress as a group," Dr. Freudenberger said. "They know how sick they are getting and they are fearful for their lives, we have patients who are in tears and they feel like they let their families down.”
