Seen on FOX 13: 'Scooters, E-bikes to Soon be Allowed on King County Trails'

The King County Council has passed legislation allowing Class 1 and 2 e-bikes and e-scooters on county trails.

While this is good news for commuters and for folks looking to expand their options for getting around, the decision comes with some concerns and important reminders to people hoping to utilize e-bikes and e-scooter alongside pedestrians and bicyclists.

To help keep people safe, Karen Kettner, the manager of Overlake's Trauma Program, shared some expert advice with FOX 13 News.
