Treatment Plans

The focus of each treatment plan addresses the individual’s needs and incorporates the holistic approach to include family, school/occupation, outpatient providers and community as appropriate.

Giving patients the least restrictive level of care is always our goal, too. The focus of each treatment plan is the person and we use a holistic approach to include family, school/occupation, outpatient providers and the community.
 

Adult Medication Management

This elective service provides an appointment when it’s needed. We offer this service to help patients bridge the gap between hospital visits and/or lengthy waits for outpatient psychiatric appointments. 

Track all medications, vitamins and dietary supplements including reason for use, dosage and frequency. Download the medication tracker to print a hard copy, and download the medication tracker to keep an electronic account of your medications.
 

Your Care Team

Overlake's team of mental health professionals is available to patients, students and families at all levels of care. We use a team approach to treatment and complete a comprehensive assessment with individualized treatment or educational plan for each person who receives ongoing services. Our team includes: 

• Licensed and board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists who are available to both staff and clients seven days a week with 24 hour on-call availability.
• Psychiatric registered nurses.
• LICSW therapist.
• Pharmacists.
