Through a Donor-Advised Fund
If you have a donor-advised fund established through The Seattle Foundation, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Vanguard, or another organization, you can easily direct your charitable giving to Overlake Medical Center. Most donor advised funds request only some basic information about the recipient to send your contribution. Please click the link below for instructions.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts
Memorial gifts honor a special person in your life and show your appreciation for Overlake’s outstanding care. Overlake Medical Center Foundation gratefully accepts donations made in memory of a loved one who has passed.
A tribute gift is a meaningful way commemorate a special occasion or simply express thanks. When a gift is made in honor or in celebration of someone, a card is mailed to the individual or family being honored or to whomever you indicate should be notified of the gift (note: the gift amount will never be disclosed). You may also designate your gift to support a specific program or the hospital’s greatest needs.

Fred Meyer Community Rewards
