Visitor Information

At Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, we have many amenities and services to make your visit more comfortable.

Visiting Hours

Due to COVID-19, our hospital visitor policy has been temporarily modified. Please see our visitor policy page for the most recent information.

Hospital Waiting Areas

There are special waiting areas throughout the hospital for your family and friends with facilities for connecting to the internet. Resources and support were thoughtfully designed in new waiting areas with comfort in mind. There are facilities for connecting to the internet, reading, writing, even sleeping.

Cell Phone Use

For the safety of patients and to ensure the integrity of medical devices, cell phones must be turned off prior to entering patient care areas. If you must use your cell phone, please make sure you are in a public area and always more than five feet from any medical equipment.

Telephone Access

There are public phones located throughout the hospital. There are also courtesy phones (white telephones) that will allow you to make local calls for free. Dial 9 to get an outside line + area code + number.

After-Hours Security

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we have a special system for visitors entering the main hospital at night. After 9 p.m., all visitors must enter the hospital through the Emergency Department located on the first floor of Building 1, South Tower. The other entrances to the hospital re-open at 5 a.m.
